With expertise in behavior design, sleep science, and resilience training, he helps high-achieving professionals build sustainable habits that enhance energy, focus, and well-being. Glen’s credentials include certifications in Tiny Habits®, Thrive Global, and sleep coaching, as well as mindfulness training with Jon Kabat-Zinn. A former Division I athlete, he brings a performance-driven yet compassionate approach to transformation. Through Stamina Lab, Glen and his team turn medical insight into real-world change—bridging the gap between health advice and lasting action.

Dr. Deborah Teplow is the co-founder of Stamina Lab and a nationally recognized expert in behavior change, client engagement, and human performance. She earned her doctorate from Stanford University and has spent decades translating cutting-edge science into real-world strategies that empower professionals and communities alike. Deborah is also the CEO of the Institute for Wellness Education and helped establish U.S. national wellness coaching standards. Her approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and rooted in hope theory. Certified in Tiny Habits® and trained in solution-focused brief therapy, she helps others create lasting change through strength-based, science-informed programs. Her work spans public health, tech, education, and faith communities.
