SolutionCoach AI Practice Sessions
SolutionCoach AI simulates a coaching client so students can practice solution-focused coaching skills. When you use it, we collect and store: practice-session transcripts (the questions you ask, the simulated client’s responses, and automated evaluations of your questions), and account and usage data (your name, email address, session statistics, and technical data including IP addresses used for security and rate-limiting).
AI processing. Your practice-session inputs are processed by third-party artificial-intelligence providers (currently OpenAI) acting as service providers on our behalf, in order to generate the simulated client’s responses and evaluate your coaching questions. We use API services whose terms prohibit the provider from using your inputs to train their own models.
How we use practice data. We use transcripts and session data to operate the service, to support your training (for example, instructor review of practice sessions), and to improve the Services. In addition, we may use practice-session content in de-identified or aggregated form — with names, email addresses, and other directly identifying details removed — for research, curriculum development, quality evaluation, and the development, training, and improvement of educational AI models and tools. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not attempt to re-identify de-identified data.
A practical note. Practice sessions are training simulations, not counseling. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information (your own or anyone else’s real health details) into practice conversations.
